Season Ticket Information

The Season Ticket renewal process for the 2013 Season will begin in Mid November.

All renewals are due back to the ticket office by December 21st. Renewing customers planning to take advantage of the 2 installment payment plan will owe half of renewing items by December 21st, and the second half is due on January 18th, 2013.

Season tickets go onsale to the general public on January 18th, 2013.

Season Ticket Holder Benefits Include:

  • Ticket Exchange Program-- No ticket goes unused!^
    • Miss a game?  Any unused past-date tickets can be exchanged for future General Admission Ticket(s)!   
  • Post-season Ticket Priority- Season ticket holders will have first priority if Oregon hosts postseason NCAA games.

Season ticket holders can return their unused past-date season ticket(s) for single game general admission ticket(s) during the 2013 season (subject to availability and excluding Oregon State games). Tickets can be exchanged in advanced at the Moshofsky Center ticket office or at the North Ticket Building next to PK Park on gameday. Credit/Refunds will not be issued. All tickets are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
A limit of 16 tickets can be exchanged per game.

Pac-12 Pack (available online only)
Watch the Ducks take on the Pac-12 all season long. Pick which games you want to see from each of the five Pac-12 opponents; including two-time national champion Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, Washington and Arizona for only $68. Enjoy watching the Ducks take on the Pac-12 all season long at PK Park.

Friday Fun Night
Watch the Ducks each Friday night under the lights at PK Park. This package allows fans to enjoy seven evenings at PK Park for only $91, a savings of over 13%.

PK Pack
This package consists of three premium games for the University for Oregon Baseball team and three premium games for the Emeralds for only $68. Seating for the Ducks game will be sections 10 and 11, and seating for Emeralds games will be in lower level of section 9 or 10. Each package purchased will receive a free pint glass from the Eugene Emeralds.

Dates included in package for U of O games: Washington on 3/30, UCLA on 4/21, and the Civil war game on 5/17.
Dates for the Emerald games: Boise on 6/14, Everett on 7/13 and Salem-Keizer on 8/24.


Flex Plan
Be part of the fun and excitement in 2013 with your 14-Game Flex general admission plan which allows you to choose all the games* you want to come to for only $7.50 per ticket. Create your own Mini Plan by bringing a GA voucher(s) to the box office in advance or on game day and exchange it for a ticket(s) to the games of your choice. You can use 14 vouchers for one game, or 1 voucher for 14 games, or any combination in-between.

Single Game Tickets

Single game tickets will be available for all home games this year, and will go on sale Friday, February 15h, 2013. The ticket office will only be selling home baseball tickets, for any away game tickets please contact the host institution. Tickets will be available for purchase online at www.goducks.com, in person at the Moshofsky Center Ticket Office, or via telephone by calling (541) 346-4461 or 1-800-WEBFOOT.

Baseball Buddies



Bring your youth baseball or softball team to a 2013 Oregon Duck baseball game. Your team will be welcomed over the public announcement system as they run onto the field wearing their jerseys.  Watch their faces light up as they are introduced to the crowd at newly constructed PK Park and get the opportunity to take the field with the Ducks.

Rainout Policy

Fans should look for an announcement on www.GODUCKS.com or call the rain out number, 541-346-5010 , to check if a game is postponed or canceled due to weather. There is a possibility that a rained out game on Friday could be made up before the Saturday game, or a Saturday game before a Sunday game.

In the event 5 innings of a game are not played, except when the Ducks are in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, all tickets to the postponed game are good for the announced make-up game.


If attending the announced make-up game, the original ticket is used for entry into the park. No refunds will be given.

Season Tickets

If a game is canceled, season tickets holders will receive a credit for that game ticket(s).The credit can either be used for single game tickets, subject to availability, for the 2013 season, otherwise it will be applied to their 2014 baseball season tickets. No refunds will be given .

Single Game Tickets

If a game is canceled, single game ticket holders can exchange them for tickets to a future 2013 regular season game, subject to availability, barring exceptions. Please note that remaining credit from premium games exchanged for non-premium games will not be refunded. No refunds will be given .

Tickets can be exchanged in advance at the Oregon Athletic Ticket office at the Moshofsky Center, by mail or in person, or the day of the game at the North Ticket building at Autzen Stadium 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.


Parking


Parking lots for baseball open 90 minutes prior to game time and are located in the general football parking lots south of Mallard Park at Autzen Stadium. This is to ensure that parked cars do not get hit by homeruns or foul balls. Vehicles (cars, vans, RVs) can enter through parking entry’s 4 or 5, with a cost of $3 per vehicle.

Fans will be able to exit through parking entry’s 3,4, or 5, though fans wishing to head West on MLK (towards Coburg Road), should use entry 3 to utilize the signal light. CLICK HERE to view a parking map.

Season parking passes are available at a cost of $50 (a $37 savings) for the 2013 baseball season by CLICKING HERE . The season pass will allow entry for all 30 home games.

City code does not allow the consumption of alcohol on non-football game days in the Autzen parking lots.

 

General Information

Ticket Delivery

Season tickets will be mailed out in February 2013. If you need your tickets to be placed at will call, please contact the Oregon Athletic Ticket Office at 1.800.WEBFOOT. Please remember that a valid photo ID is required to pick up all will call tickets. The ID must match the name of the purchaser of the purchase instructions.

Address Changes

For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on an Oregon Athletic Ticket Office address form, or by submitting an account update form online. It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Please contact the Ticket Office at 1.800.WEBFOOT for an official account update form or click on the link above.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is extremely limited for the 2013 season. Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the UO Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 1.800.WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Moshofsky Center.

Children/Lap Seat Policy

Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter the stadium. All Patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the stadium.

Gates

Gates open 60 minutes prior to first pitch.

Lost or Destroyed Tickets

 A $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate ticket requests. Original tickets will no longer need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund members will be permitted to receive two set of duplicates without being charged. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.

Duplicated tickets will be ready for pick-up at the Will-Call window on game-day only. Arrangements can only be made by the season ticket holder of record. A Visa or Mastercard number must be provided at the time of your duplicate ticket request. Thank you for your adherence to the new policy as we continue to make PK Park one of the best game-day environments in the entire nation.

*NOTE: Duck Athletic Fund members are allowed to replace two sets of game tickets without being charged. DAF members will be charged the full amount on their third duplicate request.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.

Student Tickets

Students only need a current UO student photo ID card for admission. Check the Oregon Daily Emerald for game requirements and schedules. Gates open 60 minutes prior to first pitch.

Driving Directions

The baseball stadium is located next to Autzen Stadium on 2760 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Eugene, Oregon, 97401

From the North

Take Interstate 5 south to Eugene and turn onto the I-105 Westbound exit (exit 194b). Follow I-105 approximately one mile to the first exit (Coburg Rd). Go straight through the stop light (steering slightly to the left) and turn left at the next stop light (Country Club Road). Turn right at the second stop light (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.) and Autzen Stadium, the Casanova Center, the Moshofsky Sports Center, and the new baseball stadium will be located less than a half mile on the righthand side of the street.

From the South
