Directions to Walton Complex

The Walton Complex is located on the corner of 15th & Agate on the University of Oregon Campus.  To get to the Walton Complex travel east on Franklin Blvd. and turn right on Agate St.  Once on Agate travel several blocks to 15th St. and turn right.  The Walton Complex will then be on your immediate right.

Check-in Procedure

  1. ALL CAMPERS MUST CHECK-IN AT CLARK AT THE WALTON COMPLEX. It is not necessary to arrive earlier than your scheduled time, as we will strictly adhere to Check-in times.
  2. If you have a fee balance, bring cash, a money order or a cashier’s check to Check-in. Personal checks or credit cards will not be accepted. If your medical release are not postmarked by July 1, you will have it reviewed at check-in.
  3. Overnight campers must personally sign to receive a room key at Check-in.
  4. After check-in overnight campers will go to the dorm to unpack. Day campers may relax in the dorm lobby or leave and return to Mac Court at 1 pm.
  5. Lunch for overnight campers will be at 12:00 pm in the cafeteria.
  6. All campers will meet in front of the dorm at 1:00pm to proceed to a camp meeting. You will have a court session following the camp meeting.

Day Campers

All day campers will check-in at 12:30pm at CLARK AT THE WALTON COMPLEX

Day campers should not arrive before 12:30pm.

Fees for day campers do not include any meals. You may bring your meals or purchase meals at meal time in the cafeteria. Meals range from $7.00 to $9.50 each. Day campers may not leave camp for meals without prior arrangement and written permission from parents.

A detailed daily schedule will be available at Check-in so that you may coordinate transportation. It is very important to arrive and leave promptly each day. You can plan on your first session beginning between 8:00am and 8:30am and your last session of the day ending between 9:00pm and 9:30pm. (We cannot predict your exact schedule, as it will be based on your skills testing).

You may pay to park in nearby lots. You will meet your coach at the dorm to walk to each session. You will be picked up at the end of the day from the dorm lobby.

Parking is limited! You can pay to park in the dorm lots and walk to Mac Court. Refer to your camp map.

Things to Bring To Camp

  • Alarm clock
  • Linens, a blanket and a pillow
  • Plenty of comfortable shorts and t-shirts
  • Towels, washcloths and soap
  • Socks and playing shoes (Do not bring new court shoes to camp. New shoes can cause blisters with such intensive training in this short period of time.)
  • Personal toiletries
  • Knee Pads
  • Minimal Spending Money


Please call or consult the transportation section of this website for information on transportation to and from the airport.

Please email, fax or call in the travel itineraries to the Volleyball Camp Office no later than July 1, 2006. Include the campers name and the session that they will be attending. Campers should arrive in Eugene the same day their camp begins at least one hour before the end of check-in. It is requested that campers depart camps no earlier than 4:00pm.
