2008-09 : All-Pac-10 honorable mention selection has played in back-to-back NCAA Championships. Oregon's most experienced player tied for fourth on the team with a 73.6 scoring average. Played in 12 tournaments and was Oregon’s top golfer at the Pacific Invitational. Six top-25 finishes and three top-10 showings. After an average spring regular season, where he posted only one top-20 finish (Braveheart Classic, 71-74-77-222), came on strong during the championship season by tying for ninth at the Pac-10 Championships (74-71-70-73-288) and tying for 10th at the NCAA West Regional (72-67-71-210) as Oregon finished second in both tournaments. Matched his career low, 67, in the second round of the NCAA West Regional to help Oregon advance to the NCAA Championships for the second straight year. Was the Ducks' No. 4 player at the NCAA Championships where he tied for 113th. Competed in all four tournaments for the Ducks in fall play. Had three top-25 finishes. Closed out the season with his strongest performance at the Pacific Invitational, finishing ninth overall and first on the team (70-69-75-214). Showed promise in fall play after a slow start, finishing in a tie for 13th in the Big Ten/Pac-10 Challenge (74-74-76-224). Also competed in the Alister MacKenzie Invitational, tying for the 32nd position (67-73-72-212). Struggled early in the spring, but really came on during the championship season. Tied for 27th at the Pac-10 tournament (67-73-79-74-293). Terrific performance at the NCAA West Regional where he tied for 11th at even par 216 (71-76-69). Finished fourth on the team at the NCAA Championships (83-76-82-241). Qualified for the 2008 U.S. Amateur where he advanced to match play.

Before Oregon : Was an all-league and Oregon all-state player for each of his four seasons at Tualitin High School under coach Bob Marling ...
