EUGENE – Saturday’s University of Oregon football game vs. Utah State will air on the athletics department’s official website in addition to Comcast SportsNet Northwest and FOX TV KLSR EUGENE.
The telecast of the Ducks’ home football game will air live, with kickoff slated for 12:37 p.m.
Comcast SportsNet Northwest will televise a minimum of three Oregon football games statewide – including the Ducks’ Sept. 20 game against Boise State and the Sept. 27 contest at Washington State – while fans nationwide will be able to see all three games on http://www.goducks.com/ and the Eugene-Springfield market will receive over-the-air telecasts of the live games on KLSR.
The live internet telecasts can be viewed through the GoDucks.com subscription service, O-Zone. The cost of an annual premium subscription is regularly $79.95, but may be purchased for $63.96 through Sept. 12. The content will include both video and audio transmission of Oregon football and basketball games, in addition to special coaches features and highlights throughout the year.
The premium service also may be purchased on a monthly basis for $9.95, while the audio-only package is available for $4.95 per month.
The O-Zone also will air replays of Oregon football games and coaches shows free of charge along with Comcast SportsNet Northwest.
Replays of all Oregon games allowed by the Pacific-10 Conference (through its agreement with Fox Sports Net) will air on Comcast SportsNet Northwest Saturdays at 11 p.m. and Sundays at 7 p.m., in addition to on-demand replays on GoDucks.com after 11 p.m. Saturdays.
Additional Oregon Sports Network programming appearing during the coming football season on the school’s official website and Comcast SportsNet Northwest include the Ducks’ Pre-Game Show 30 minutes prior to every game, the Ducks’ Post-Game Show following each live OSN telecast, Saturday Night with Mike Bellotti every Sunday from 6-6:30 p.m., and Sunday Night Live each Sunday from 6:30-7 p.m.
GoDucks.com and Comcast SportsNet Northwest also will offer live telecasts of Oregon basketball, baseball and track & field competition, in addition to coverage of the Ducks’ women’s soccer, volleyball, softball, women’s lacrosse men’s and women’s golf, as well as men’s and women’s tennis programs.
In addition to being carried by Comcast Cable, Verizon, Ashland TV and Scio Cablevision, Comcast SportsNet continues to negotiate with additional cable and satellite carriers to expand the network to sports fans throughout the state of Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.
