I am currently in my 13th year working within the Athletic Department
and my 18th year at the University. After majoring in both journalism
and English at the UO in 1991, I started working in the Career
Information System in the Department of Education. Realizing that
athletics were my passion, I was able to join the sports information
staff in the Oregon Athletic Department as a volunteer intern in 1998.
From there I have worked my way up the company ladder, working at the
front desk, as an assistant in the football, track, soccer, softball,
men's and women's tennis and women's golf programs, and for two years as
the Football Recruiting Coordinator. I joined the in the Duck Athletic
Fund in April of 2008 and have loved every minute of it. I have worn
many hats in my time in the Athletic Department and I really appreciate
being able to work with our wonderful donors and former athletes.
