2014 — Has emerged from the pack to claim primary tight end honors due to rangy size that's an asset as a receiver as well as his prowess at the line of scrimmage . . . His pair of touchdown catches has equaled his production from a year ago while his nine catches for 116 yards is nearing his numbers from last season . . . Led Oregon in receiving against Wyoming with a season-high four receptions for 46 yards, and came up with 28 and 27-yard grabs vs. South Dakota and Washington State, respectively . . . Was credited with catches in three of the Ducks' first four games.

2013 — Started five of the first nine games after missing the first three games of the year . . . Credited with 10 receptions for 123 yards and two touchdowns during the season, including a career-long 28-yard catch against Utah . . . Enjoyed a trio of multi-catch appearances among his six outings with at least one reception, catching three passes for 17 yards and one score at Stanford and two receptions 42 yards against Utah . . . Added a 1-yard TD grab at Arizona in his most extensive play (58 snaps) of the year.

2012 — Saw action in 12 games, totaling two receptions for 42 yards … Recorded one unassisted tackle in win vs. Colorado … Had one reception for 26 yards in victory over Tennessee Tech … Made one grab in collegiate debut for 16 yards in win vs. Arkansas State, in addition to fielding one kickoff.

BEFORE OREGON — A two-way standout and three-year letterman played in the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl where he was named the West’s offensive MVP . . . Caught 32 passes for 753 yards (23.5 avg.) and 10 touchdowns as a senior, while racking up 12 sacks at defensive end . . . Named second-team all-Ohioan in 2011 . . . His best game on offense came against Normandy High School (Parma, Ohio), where he made seven catches for 173 yards, helping his team to a 34-0 win . . . Also a standout basketball player for the Arcs, averaging 17.4 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks per game his senior year . . . First-team all-conference and MVP as a junior, when he averaged 16.0 points and 14.0 rebounds per contest.
