2014-15: Cross Country – Opened the season at the Bill Dellinger Invitational ... Also ran at the Washington Invitational ... Pac-12 all-academic honorable mention.

2013-14: Outdoors – Qualified for the NCAA Regional meet in the 1,500 and the 5,000 meters…came in sixth at the Pepsi Dual in the 1,500 (4:35.73)…set back-to-back personal records in 5,000, first with a fifth place finish at the Oregon Relays (16:49.41) and then again at the OSU High Performance Meet with a second place finish (16:35.08)…also set a PR in the 1,500 at the Oregon Twilight (4:25.80) in another second place finish. Indoors – Ran a 4:52.12 mile at the Husky Classic for seventh. Cross Country - Posted a 17:22.78 mark in the three mile at the PSU Viking Classic and finished 25th-overall while the Ducks swept victories over Portland, Portland State and Oregon State…raced in the Dellinger Invitational with a time of 18:03, good for 43rd (5,000 meters)…ran a 24:07 on the 6,000-meter course at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Colo….named to Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team. Season Bests: 1,500 Meters – 4:25.80 (PR), Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/9/14); 5,000 Meters – 16:35.08 (PR), OSU High Performance Meet, Corvallis, Ore. (5/2/14).

2012-13: Outdoors – Saw action in five meets…Won her section of the 5,000 meters at the Oregon Relays (17:28.73)…also won her section of the 1,500 meters at the Oregon Twilight (4:36.36). Indoors – Ran in two meets, including the MPSF Championships, where she helped the distance medley relay team take third (11:30.54). Cross Country - Redshirt season. Ran unattached in only one meet during the regular season. Placed 36th in the Dellinger invitational with a time of 18:07 (5,000 meters).

Prep: Two-time 1,500 meter Oregon state 5A champion for Summit High School. Captured the 2012 title as a senior in 4:37.57 after running a prep best 4:27.38 earlier in the season at the Jesuit Twilight Invitational. Also took fourth in the state at 800 meters and had the anchor leg on the runner-up 4x400 meter relay. Won the 1,600 for the first time as a junior and was the 800 meter runner-up (2:14.88) to help Summit win the state title in 2011. Ran a top 1,500 meter time of 4:34.80 at the Jesuit Twilight Invitational earlier in the year. After the prep season, she qualified for the 2011 U.S. Junior Track and Field Championships in the 1,500. In cross country, had a pair of top-10 finishes that helped Summit claim back-to-back state titles. Was the 5A runner-up to teammate Megan Fristoe as a senior in 2011, and was 10th as a junior the year before. Also a NXN Nationals qualifier in the fall of 2011. High School Bests: 800 Meters - 2:14.88; 1,500 Meters - 4:27.38, 2012.
