2014-15: Cross Country - Ran first race of the season at the Battle in Beantown, finishing 40th in 25:13 (8,000 meters) ... Took 24th in 24:18 (8,000 meters) at the Pac-12 Championships ... Also appeared at the NCAA West Regional.

2013-14: Redshirted the outdoor and indoor seasons. Outdoors – Competed unattached in three meets. Finished in fourth at the Oregon Preview in the 3,000 (8:12.57)…clocked in with a time of 14:11.34 in the 5,000 at the Pepsi Dual…followed up with a second place finish at the OSU High Performance meet in the 1,500 (3:47.56). Cross Country - Clocked in at 24:11 in the four mile Coast to Coast Battle in Beantown and placed second in his first collegiate race…was one of six Ducks to finish in the top 10 as UO claimed its first win of the 2013 season…placed 34th at the NCAA Pre-National race in Terra Haute, Ind., with a mark of 24:03.57 as the Men of Oregon took second overall…ran a 25:37 at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships finishing 16th in the 8,000-meter race…finished in 28th place on the 10,000-meter course at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 30:30…ran a 31:46.8 at the NCAA Cross Country Championship 10,000-meter race. Season Bests: Outdoors – 3,000 Meters – 8:12.57 (PR), Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/22/14); 5,000 Meters – 14:11.34 (PR), Pepsi Dual, Eugene, Ore. (4/5/14). 

Prep: Won back-to-back national prep titles at 5,000 meters and was an 11-time North Dakota state champion for Bismarck High School. Won the 2013 New Balance Nationals 5,000 meters in a prep-best 14:11.61. Won his first national 5K title as a junior in 2012, running 14:26.16 at the 2012 New Balance Track and Field Nationals in Greensboro, N.C. That time was third-fastest among high schoolers in 2012. Also won four North Dakota state cross country titles, as Bismarck extended its run of state championships to eight during his career. Won three straight Gatorade North Dakota Cross Country Runner of the Year honors. Following his senior high school cross country season, won races at the Footlocker Midwest Regional and Nike Heartland Regional before taking third at the national Footlocker XC Championships. Won his first state title on the track as a freshman in 2010, taking the 3,200 meters. As a sophomore, added the cross country title and doubled up with wins in both the 1,600 and 3,200 at the state track meet. Repeated that feat as a junior in cross country, the 1,600 (4:13.62) and the 3,200 (9:34.19) and added a fourth title by running a leg on the winning 3,200 meter relay team. Impressive high school career saw him win the last two of his 11 titles on the track in 2013, taking both the 800 and 1,600 Meters. High School Bests: 3,200 Meters - 8:51.23, 2012; 5,000 Meters - 14:11.61, 2013.
