DAF Donor Seating, Parking & the Priority System

Season ticket holders in donor areas must meet 50% of their minimum giving level by April 26 to retain their current seats with the full amount due August 2. Customers who do not meet the minimum giving level are subject to relocation outside the donor area. Customers requesting an improvement to a specific donor section with a greater minimum contribution must meet at least 50% of the desired seat value by April 26. Minimum giving levels are listed in the 2013 DAF membership brochure and online at goducks.com/DAF. The University of Oregon uses the Priority Point System to prioritize all benefits for Oregon Athletics. Priority points are only active for members who donate a minimum of $50 by the April 26th deadline.

Priority Seating Policy
The goal of the University of Oregon's priority seating policy is to achieve an equitable distribution of priority seating in Autzen Stadium and Matthew Knight Arena. As always, the intent of our policy is to reward those who have been long-time supporters of Oregon Athletics, while allowing new donors the ability to acquire appropriate seating for their annual contributions in support of our athletic scholarships.

Allocation of seats is based on the priority point system. Priority points affect a donor's ability to receive seat improvements and ticket allocation for regular and postseason competition (season tickets, bowl games, away game ticket, etc.). Priority points are earned in a variety of ways, including: current year DAF contributions, lifetime athletic department and DAF contributions, support of other athletic department projects, number of consecutive years season tickets have been purchased, and other services to athletics and the university. Contributions may come from individuals, corporations, or matching funds and can be made in a variety of forms.

Points will be calculated for football based on donations received by April 26, 2013. Calculations will be based on the following formula: one point for every $10.00 of current year giving, one point for every $100.00 of lifetime giving (including restricted gifts to athletics) and one point for every consecutive year of season ticket purchase.

The number of season tickets released each year generally is very small, and the locations vary from year to year. Because of these factors, we cannot predict either the location or quantity of seats that will become available or provide a minimum contribution amount that will guarantee priority seating in specific areas.

Please note that variations occur and that there are no guarantees for seating requests.

The Club at Autzen's popularity has made attrition extremely low for these premium seats making it difficult to access this popular area.  Located on the south side of Autzen Stadium above the concourse level between the *10 yards lines, this area features seats with chair backs, armrests, cup holders and access to the climate controlled Club Room.  The Club experience offers upgraded concessions, the Club at Autzen Duck Store, televisions, elevator/escalator access and the perfect place to socialize pregame and at halftime.

Donors purchasing seats in the upper levels of Sections 28 and 34 will have the ability to request Club access by donating a minimum of $1,000 per seat.  For more information on how to request these seats, contact your local DAF office.

2012 Autzen Stadium Football Parking
As we enter a second year of construction in the Autzen Stadium parking lot, we wanted to thank you again for your patience during this exciting time.  The new lacrosse/soccer stadium should be completed in late summer 2012 with the Casanova Expansion project scheduled for completion prior to the 2013 football season.  This year we will gain back some new parking spaces in the Autzen lot around the lacrosse/soccer stadium while many spaces north of the new stadium will be temporarily under construction for the 2012 football season.  To see whether or not your specific space is affected by this construction area, please view the parking information on your football season ticket renewal application or view the map below.  If your space is under construction, please list any preferences as to where you would like to be moved for the 2012 season in the box provided.  Other requests for movement or changes may also be typed into the special handling box.  New requests and parking location improvement requests will be filled in priority point order.  Due to limited space, general admission parking will not be available for the 2012 football season and new requests for reserved parking may not be filled and are not guaranteed.

Priority Points for football will be calculated based on gifts received as of April 26, 2013. If you are interested in how to accumulate priority points please call the DAF at 541.346.5433 or 1.800.WEBFOOT.

Duck Express Shuttle

At this time the 2013 football shuttle pass price is not set. For this reason, patrons are not currently able to purchase the pass.

An email will be sent to season ticket holders after the renewal deadline allowing them access to purchase pass(es) online.

Seat Changes & Additions

Seat Changes

The Ticket Office reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice. Conditions that cause changes are:

  1. Late orders
  2. Failure to maintain the required seat donation and
  3. Extenuating circumstances.

Seat Additions

If you would like additional season tickets, please indicate the quantity desired in the appropriate space on your renewal form. You MUST include payment for additional seats. All requests for additional orders will be processed in priority point order. If additional seats are available, they most likely will not be adjacent to your current seats. If you are requesting additional seats and wish to keep all of your seats together by relocating, you must note this on your renewal application. Be aware that your new seating location will most likely be less desirable than your current location.

Seat Improvement Requests

Attrition is expected to be extremely low this season, therefore seat improvements will be difficult. Please visit ato.goducks.com for tips on writing requests and keep the following in mind:
  1. Improvements are based on customers releasing their current seats and new assignments are awarded in DAF priority point order based on gifts received by April 26, 2013.
  2. Requests for seating changes should be made in writing and attached to your season ticket renewal application. Make your request as specific as possible.
  3. In order to be considered for seats in a specific donor area, your annual contribution to the DAF must meet or exceed the annual seating contribution for the sections you have requested.
  4. If you are part of a group, state whether you are willing to split from the group in order to
  5. Improve your seating. All parties of a group need to make the same request (if applicable) in order for the Athletic Ticket Office to review the request. Patron names and/or numbers must be included with all group requests.
  6. Each request is reviewed, but the volume of requests does not make it possible for personal consultations. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletic Ticket Office.

For tips on writing seat improvement requests please download the seat improvement writing tips document (PDF).

Duplicate Ticket Policy

There is a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate ticket requests. Original tickets do not need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being charged. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.

Duplicated tickets will be ready for pick-up at the Will-Call window on game-day only. Arrangements can only be made by the season ticket holder of record. A Visa or Mastercard number must be provided at the time of your duplicate ticket request. Thank you for your adherence to the duplicate policy as we continue to make Autzen Stadium one of the best game-day environments in the nation.

Accessible Seating

Due to the high demand of wheelchair accessible seating in Autzen Stadium and new ADA regulations, the Oregon Ticket Office requests that season ticket holders who purchase wheelchair accessible season tickets only use those tickets if you or your patrons are in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office will try to accommodate any requests for customers that need limited mobility seating but are not in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office reserves the right to exchange tickets the day of game if patrons seated in accessible seats do not require this seating. Customers who need to make accessible seat arrangements must contact the Ticket Office prior to the day of the game. Accessible exchanges are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that requests for exchanges will be granted.
