Rudy Chapa
Position: Hall of Fame Inductee
Other Position: 1999 Inductee, Cross Country (1977-1981)

Rudy Chapa was a six-time track and cross country All-American who captured the NCAA 5,000-meter title in 1978 before setting an American record in the 3,000 one year later. He was a member of Oregon’s 1977 NCAA champion cross country team which was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame a year ago.
