FRESHMAN SEASON (2009) - ALL-PAC-12 FRESHMAN TEAM
One of the Pac-12's top newcomers, the versatile offensive, defensive and serving threat was the only Duck freshman and one of four UO players that started every match in 2009, and one of only two that played all 110 sets. She ranked second on the team in service aces (0.25 per set) and digs (2.44 p/s), and fourth in points (2.44 p/s) and kills (1.96 p/s) – and led UO underclassmen in each category. Her service ace mark (0.25) was only .01 shy of the eighth-best  mark in the Pac-12(0.26) – and has led the team in aces in nine matches (with five of those featuring two or more aces), one shy of the team lead. She has also paced the team in digs four times, and kills and blocks twice. Altogether, she had six matches with +10 kills (all in Pac-12 or postseason play) and 10 contests with +10 digs (including eight in league action). She sported the team’s freshman season team highs in kills (15), digs (17) and blocks (5) with the latter mark in a three-set match vs. then-No. 3 Washington. In mid-October, the Bay Area native enjoyed a career high in kills (14) and digs (16) in upset of then-No. 5 Stanford for her second career double-double and also landed a match-high three aces. The following week, she upped her kill best (15) at then-No. 13 UCLA for another double-double with her 13 digs. She claimed her fourth double-double of season in the regular season finale, a five-set upset of then-No. 4 at Washington (13 kills, 16 digs), while her first career honor came in a five-setter in early October at Oregon State (10 kills, 12 digs). She opened November vs. Arizona State with a career best dig total and team match high (17) in the three-set win. In postseason, racked up 11 kills, nine digs and a .474 hitting mark in NCAA opening-round sweep of Clemson, then came back with eight kills and 11 digs in the NCAA second round in three-setter at #13 Kentucky.
