EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Tamika Nurse scored 16 points and Carolyn Ganes added 14 to help Oregon to a 73-63 win over Southern Cal on Saturday.

Nurse missed six of her seven shots from the floor, but hit 14-of-16 free throws. Kaela Chapdelaine added 13 points for the Ducks (13-9, 5-7 Pacific-10 Conference) and Taylor Lilley scored 11 off the bench.

Jamie Hagiya and Chloe Kerr had 12 points apiece for USC (14-9, 8-5). Eshaya Murphy, who entered the game averaging 19 points, made just 3-of-16 shots and finished with seven points. Murphy's effort ended her streak of 48 consecutive games in double figures.

Oregon was 27-for-30 from the free-throw line — 21-for-24 in the second half — and ended their weekend sweep of USC and UCLA 49-for-53 from the line.

The Ducks, who have won three-straight Pac-10 games for the first time in two seasons, used a 6-0 run to take a 29-23 lead and went into the locker room with a 33-30 lead at the break.

Ganes made a pair of free throws in the opening minute of the second half to build Oregon's advantage to 35-30. The Trojans followed with a 7-0 run, capped by a basket by Jamie Funn.

The teams traded the lead until the Ducks scored 11 straight points to go up 54-48 with 7:46 to play. USC never got closer than two points after that and failed to score in the final two minutes.

The Trojans shot 36 percent from the floor and 58 percent from the line.
