In the latest round of postseason award announcements, LaMichael James has added another honor to his stash after being named third team AP all-America on Monday. Based on his rookie campaign, the redshirt figures to have a spotlight shining on him from the Rose Bowl Game forward.

Today brings Sporting News’ Pac-10 all-freshman team with James (RB) leading four Ducks on that squad as the publication's conference freshman of the year. Carson York (OL), Kenjon Barner (KR) and John Boyett (DB) round out the Oregon contingent, which ranks second behind Stanford (6) for the most players on the all-freshman team.
