Full Court Press: Introducing Ariel Thomas
Dec. 7, 2010
In an effort to introduce Oregon women’s basketball fans to the 2010-11 newcomers, here is our fourth video segment with freshman Ariel Thomas. A special thanks to video coordinator Justin Mart and web manager Ryan Therrell for all their hard work.
JUST AROUND THE CORNER
The Ducks are taking this week off to prepare for finals, and will be back in action one week from today, Tuesday, Dec. 14, to host UC Riverside in the first-ever meeting between the two programs. It will be $2 day at Mac Court when the Ducks take on the Highlanders next Tuesday, and fans can visit their local BI-Mart and pick up a $2 voucher good for $2 general admission.
Oregon will play its final non-conference game ever at McArthur Court on Friday, Dec. 17, hosting Denver in the first-ever meeting between the two programs. It will be Scout and Military Night at Mac Court when the Ducks host the Pioneers. Scouts can wear their uniform to Mac Court to receive general admission for only $2. Military members can show their ID cards and receive general admission for only $3.
Fans are also asked to bring books, games and DVDs to the game to be donated to BooksForSoldiers.com. All donations are sent to troops located overseas.
