Fastbreak: Future Duck to Play in Jordan Brand Classic

Jabari Brown will play in the 2011 Jordan Brand Classic scheduled for 5 pm (PT) on Saturday, April 16. The game, which will be played at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, can be seen live on ESPN2. Click here for more on the Jordan Brand Classic

Brown, a Bay Area product who played his prep ball at Oakland High School, is coming off a senior season where he averaged 23.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.

The 6-4, 200-pound guard will join the Ducks this summer, along with three other prep standouts who signed NLIs in November of 2010: guards Bruce Barron (Carbondale, Ill./Brehm Preparatory School) and Brett Kingma (Mill Creek, Wash./Jackson HS), along with center Austin Kuemper (Portland, Ore./Westview HS).
