All eyes around college football will be on Eugene Thursday night as the Ducks and Cal Bears look to showcase their respective programs on ESPN. If Oregon AMS Vice President Bobby Corser is to be believed, the weather will be a non-factor. To the Duckcast:
Wednesday, Oct. 5, 4 p.m. PT
"The Oregon Ducks return to Autzen Stadium for a rare Thursday contest with California. The triple-digit heat that welcomed Oregon two weeks ago in Arizona is long gone. In fact, it will be cut in half by the time kickoff rolls around at 6 p.m. Temperatures will be in the mid 50s as the evening progresses. Mostly sunny skies and a light wind will greet fans as they tailgate and head into the stadium. Sunset is at 6:44 p.m. and it's going to be another beautiful sight over Autzen. You'll want to make sure to dress warmly, wear green, and cheer on your Ducks as we take on the boys from Berkeley. Go Ducks!"

THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
The Ducks are 11-20-2 all-time in games played on Thursdays, but have only contested seven Thursday tilts since 1932, going 4-3. Oregon is a perfect 3-0 at Autzen Stadium on Thursday nights, including last season's 60-13 home victory over UCLA.
