2013 Oregon Track and Field/XC Camp
The 6-time Pac-12 Champion Men's and the 4-time Pac-12 Champion Women's track and field teams continue the modern Oregon dominance seldom seen in the powerhouse Pac-12 Conference.
The 2013 track and field and cross country camp teaches all aspects of how to be at your best for all of the various track and field events. Instruction will include training techniques, nutrition, Plyometrics and competition strategies. Sessions are often staged in small groups to encourage personal attention and plenty of feedback for all ages and ability levels. The mix of counselors is balanced between experienced college and high school coaches, and college athletes to encourage a variety of fun and interactive learning opportunities.
