HOUSING CHECK-IN
XC Camp
Check-in is August 9th from noon-3. (Check-in prior to August 9 will not be possible.)
Check-out is August 13th from 9am-noon.
Track Camp
Check-in is July 12th from noon-3. (Check-in prior to July 12 will not be possible.)
Check-out is July 16th from 9am-noon.
Transportation to and from the airport, train and bus stations will be provided.
Campers stay two to a room in the University of Oregon dormitories located directly across from Hayward Field.
Counselors also stay in the dorms to provide constant supervision, along with the resident camp administrator who is on-site full-time to supervise the staff.
If you want to request a roommate preference, let us know before registration day. Bedding and sheets are furnished, but remember to bring your own towel.
