Highly touted incoming freshman Cliff Harris has passed through the NCAA clearinghouse and is officially eligible to join the Ducks as of today.
Harris, who hails from Fresno, Calif., has been listed on the Ducks' 105-man roster since the beginning of fall camp in anticipation of his eventual arrival.
