Thursday's Civil War Duck Cast
Thursday, December 3, 7:00 a.m. PST
With a bowl game guaranteed for southern California regardless of tonight's outcome, our resident weather expert, Bobby Corser, has his last challenging Duck Cast of the season. The Oregon chapter president of the American Meteorological Society weighs in on the Civil War for the Roses:
"It all comes down to this. The road to Pasadena runs through
Eugene and it will be one of the biggest nights of college football in
the state's history. The good news for everyone is the weather won't be
a problem. Fog is the story early in the day and then partly sunny
conditions will greet all Oregonians as we descend on Autzen for what
could be an epic game. The temperatures will remain in the mid 40's
most of the day. A chance of fog is in the forecast during the game. I don't think it will be as bad as the now infamous "Fog Bowl," but we
can't rule it completely out. Temperatures won't fall too much during
the game. Dress warmly and cheer on the boys to victory. Autzen will
be rockin' and I can't wait to see it in person! Go Ducks!"
