Fastbreak: Mac Court Memories Commemorative Book
Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2:00 p.m.
The Mac Court Memories commemorative book is a perfect item to take Duck fans through the storied history of McArthur Court and Oregon’s imminent transition to the new Matthew Knight Arena.
Boasting over 200 images, many dug deep from the archives and never before published, exclusive mementos including collectible postcards, vintage Duck mascot stickers, and a removable poster, this one-of-a-kind keepsake is a show-and-tell treasury that captures the essence of what made Mac Court a unique experience unlike any other.
It perfectly captures the birth of UO athletics in McArthur Court from its initial construction to present day. It is filled with over 100 pages of arena photos from all eras, highlights of the elite teams that stepped onto the court, a foreword from Nike founder and CEO Phil Knight and much more.
Journey through all the history of UO athletics in McArthur Court and learn about the people who in some cases literally built the building from the ground up as the university says goodbye to its cherished home for the past 74 years and moves into a promising future.
