WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -- Junior Cheyenne Hickle and sophomore Raphaela Dyer were tabbed to the Pacific-12 Conference Women's Golf All-Academic Teams, recently announced by Commissioner Larry Scott.

To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant contributor.

Hickle picked up her second straight honorable mention award, and Dyer earned similar honors in her first year of eligibility.

The duo raised UO’s academic all-league honors to five in the tenure of third-year head coach Ria Scott and 43 all-time in program history.

On the course this season, Hickle carded six rounds of par or better – the 10th-best tally in school history and second-best on the squad this year.  Career-wise, she ranks seventh all-time for UO in rounds of par or better (12), and ninth in career scoring average (76.68).

This season, the Gilbert, Ariz., native placed top 30 in six of her nine tourneys. She scored her best finish and tourney score of the campaign in the Stanford Intercollegiate (20th overall), thanks to her one-over final total of 214 (70-71-73) on the par-71 course.

Dyer carded two rounds of par or better, and staked four, top-40 finishes this season, including a season-best placing of 22nd in the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational (81-75-75-231). Among her other top finishes of 2011-12, she tied for 37th in the NCAA Central Regional (78-76-76-230) and 30th in the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate (76-78-71-225).

Career-wise, the Swanmore, England native ranks eighth all-time for UO in career scoring average (76.60).
