“We played really well today,” said head coach Nils Schyllander. “We’re very proud of the way we competed and fought out there on the court. Tomorrow Robin and Alex get a chance to get to the final 16. I was also very happy with the way Daan Maasland played today against one of Stanford’s best players. For a freshman to go out there and play against such a good player and have success was really encouraging for us. Everyone played against good, ranked competition today and we look forward to continuing forward tomorrow.”
