RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must feature Oregon Duck Football as the subject
- Size: minimum 2’ x 4’ , maximum 5’ x 5’
- Frame-able & hang-able
All artists must be an art student in Eugene metropolitan area and/or resident within 30 mile radius of Autzen for a minimum of six (6)months from 1/1/11 through 2/28/13. Review REGISTRATION FORM for details.
