EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon Ducks will play their third tournament of the spring on Monday and Tuesday (March 4-5) at the Fresno State Lexus Classic in Fresno, Calif.
Round one at the Par-72, 6,570-yard Belmont Country Club course begins Monday at 7:30 a.m. Monday's action will feature 36 holes of golf before the tournament concludes with Tuesday's third and final round.
Six Ducks will make the trip to California this week: Jonathan Woo, Sulman Raza, Tyler Parker, Brandon McIver, Zach Foushee and Robbie Ziegler. All but Foushee participated in Oregon's last tournament, The Prestige, on Feb. 18-20. Raza paced the Ducks in the individual rankings, finishing in a tie for 21st (71-73-73=217) out of 88 golfers.
All six Oregon golfers tee off Monday morning at 7:30 a.m.
The tournament will feature 17 teams, including Pac-12 rivals Arizona, California and Oregon State. The Beavers won the Lexus Classic last year; the Ducks did not participate.
Live coverage of the tournament is available at golfstat.com. It is the first of two events for the Ducks this week; Oregon will play in the three-day Bandon Dunes Championship, which starts on Friday (March 8).
