EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon softball team is ranked No. 1 in both top-25 polls for the fifth straight week, the NFCA and USA Softball announced Tuesday morning.

The Ducks (47-6-1, 18-2-1 Pac-12), however, lost their unanimous hold on the No. 1 spot, as UCLA, Alabama and Florida State each picked up some first place votes after Oregon swept a doubleheader with Utah Valley last Tuesday and went 1-1-1 in a three-game set with No. 3 Arizona State.

Oregon was the unanimous No. 1 in both polls for the last three weeks, but the Ducks claimed 17 of the 20 first place votes in the USA Softball poll and 29 of the 32 votes in the NFCA poll this week.
Oregon closes out the regular season at No. 9 ranked Arizona this week. The Ducks are 1.5 games up on UCLA in the Pac-12 standings and have a magic number of two heading into the series, which starts at 5 p.m. on Thursday. All three games will broadcasted live on Pac-12 Networks.

The No. 2 ranked Bruins are also in the state of Arizona to close out the regular season, with a three-game series in Tempe against the No. 3 ranked Sun Devils.
