General Information
The Priority Points System and the Duck Athletic Fund The University of Oregon Athletic Department uses a priority point system to allocate all benefits related to the University of Oregon Athletic Department. The system is calculated by using a formula that takes into account consecutive years of season ticket purchase and donations to the Duck Athletic Fund. For information on becoming a Duck Athletic Fund Member, you can call (541) 346-5433 or stop by the Len Casanova Center.
Lost or Destroyed Tickets
Beginning with the 2009-10 athletic season, there will now
be a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate ticket requests. Original tickets will no longer need to be
returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund
members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being
charged. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found
abusing this policy.
Duplicated tickets will be ready for pick-up at the Will-Call window on game-day only. Arrangements can only be made by the season ticket holder of record. A Visa or Mastercard number must be provided at the time of your duplicate ticket request. Thank you for your adherence to the new policy as we continue to make Autzen Stadium one of the best game-day environments in the entire nation.
*NOTE: Duck Athletic Fund members are allowed to replace one set of game tickets without being charged. DAF members will be charged the full amount on their second duplicate request.
Address Changes For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on an Oregon Athletic Ticket Office address form, or by submitting an address change form online. It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Address changes for the mailing of 2009 season football tickets must be received by June 18, 2010 to ensure tickets will be delivered on-time and to the correct address. If you think you may not be able to receive your tickets via mail, we suggest requesting that your season tickets be held at will-call for pick up at the Casanova Ticket Office before the first game.
Accessible Seating Accessible seating is extremely limited at Autzen. Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the UO Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 1-800 WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Casanova Center.
Children/Lap Seat Policy Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Autzen Stadium, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the arena.
Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.
