Mini Plans

Weekend Plan:

The Weekend Pack is a mini-plan consisting of all eight weekend home games. The games this year are: Saint Mary's, Denver, Nevada, Fresno State, USC, California, Washington State and Utah.

The Weekend Pack is only $76, a savings of over 17%

Flex Plan (online only):

You pick the games you want to see at Matthew Knight Arena.

There are three different flex plan options for you to choose from.

Teir 1: Pick one game between Oregon State or UCONN.

Teir 2: Pick 2 of the non-conference games to attend, excluding UCONN.

Teir 3: Pick any 2 games from the Pac-12 Conference opponents, excluding Oregon State.

The Flex Plan offers a savings of over 16%!


Single Game Tickets



Single game tickets will be available for all home games this year, and will go on sale Friday October 19, 2012. The ticket office will only be selling home basketball tickets, for any away game tickets please contact the host institution. Tickets will be available for purchase online at www.goducks.com, in person at the Autzen Complex Center Ticket Office, or via telephone by calling (541) 346-4461 or 1-800-WEBFOOT.

Pac-12 Tournament Tickets

All-session tickets to the 2013 Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament will be available for purchase beginnning on October 19, 2012. This year's tournament will take place March 7-10, 2013  in Seattle, WA at KeyArena.

General Information


Ticket Delivery

In general, single game tickets will be mailed to our customers two to four weeks prior to the game. If you need your tickets to be placed in will call, please contact the UO Athletic Ticket Office. Please remember that a valid Photo ID is required to pick up all will call tickets. The ID must match the name of the purchaser or the purchase instructions.

Address Changes

For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on an Oregon Athletic Ticket Office address form, or by submitting an account update form online. It is your responsibility to inform the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Please contact the Ticket Office at 1-800-WEBFOOT for an official form or click on the account update link shown above.

Accessible Seating

Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the UO Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 1-800-WEBFOOT or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office in the Casanova Center.

Children/Lap Seat Policy

Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Matthew Knight Arena. All Patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the arena.

Gates

Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off.

Lost or Destroyed Tickets

There will now be a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate requests, including Print-at-Home tickets. Original tickets will no longer need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being charged (limit of 8 total tickets). We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the University of Oregon Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.

Student Athlete Guest Admissions

University of Oregon and Visiting School student athlete guest admissions will take place inside the East Matthew Knight Arena enterance starting 60 minutes prior to tip-off. Photo ID is REQUIRED.

Will Call

Will Call for the Women's Basketball season will be located at the Autzen Complex prior to gameday.  1 1/2 hours prior to tip-off Will Call will open at the ticket window next to the East Matthew Knight Arena enterance. Photo ID is REQUIRED.

Student Tickets

Students only need a current UO student photo ID card for admission. Check the Oregon Daily Emerald for game requirements and schedules. Gates open 60 minutes prior to tip-off.

Driving Directions


Matthew Knight Arena is located at 1776 E. 13th Avenue in Eugene, Or. 97403

From I-5 North (Portland, Salem)
Take exit 194B to merge onto I-105 W/OR-126 W toward Eugene for 1.3 miles. Take exit 2 Coburg Rd toward downtown Eugene. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Downtown Univ. of Org and merge onto Coburg Rd. After crossing the bridge, stay left and follow signs to University of Oregon, merging onto OR-126 BUS E/ OR-99 S/ Coburg Rd. Road turns into East Broadway/Franklin. Continue straight (East) for 1.1 miles.


From I-5 South (Medford, Roseburg)
Take exit 192 (University of Oregon / Franklin Blvd) and merge onto Franklin Blvd / OR-126-BR W. Continue West for about 1 mile.

From West (Florence)
Follow OR-126 W into Eugene and merge right onto W 7th Ave and follow for 1.8 miles. Stay in the right two lanes, and take a slight right at Coburg Rd/State Hwy 99 S (signs for Franklin Blvd/State Hwy 126). Follow (East) for 1.3 miles.

From East (Bend / Santiam Pass)
Once into Springfield from the McKenzie Highway, continue onto OR-126 BUS W/Main St for 6.7 miles.

From East (Hwy 58 Oakridge, La Pine)
From Hwy 58 merge onto I-5 North. Take exit 192 (University of Oregon / Franklin Blvd) and merge onto Franklin Blvd / OR-126-BR W. Continue West for about 1 mile.
