The University of Oregon uses the Priority Point System to prioritize all benefits for Oregon Athletics. Conditions that cause changes are:
Seat Additions If you would like additional season tickets, please indicate the quantity desired in the appropriate space on your renewal form. You MUST include payment for additional seats. All requests for additional orders will be processed in priority point order. If additional seats are available, they most likely will not be adjacent to your current seats. If you are requesting additional seats and wish to keep all of your seats together by relocating, you must note this on your renewal application. Be aware that your new seating location will most likely be less desirable than your current location.
The goal of the University of Oregon's priority seating policy is to achieve an equitable distribution of priority seating in Autzen Stadium and McArthur Court. As always, the intent of our policy is to reward those who have been long-time supporters of Oregon Athletics, while allowing new donors the ability to acquire appropriate seating for their annual contributions in support of our athletic scholarships. Allocation of seats is based on the priority point system. Priority points affect a donor's ability to receive seat improvements and ticket allocation for regular and postseason competition (Season Tickets, Bowl Games, NCAA tournament, etc.). Priority points are earned in a variety of ways, including: current year DAF contributions, lifetime athletic department and DAF contributions, support of other athletic department projects, number of consecutive years season tickets have been purchased, and other services to athletics and the university. Contributions may come from individuals, corporations, or matching funds and can be made in a variety of forms. Points will be calculated for football based on donations received by April 30, 2010. Calculations will be based on the following formula: one point for every $10.00 of current year giving, one point for every $100.00 of lifetime giving (including restricted gifts to athletics) and one point for every consecutive year of season ticket purchase. The number of season tickets released each year generally is very small, and the locations vary from year to year. Because of these factors, we cannot predict either the location or quantity of seats that will become available or provide a minimum contribution amount that will guarantee priority seating in specific areas. Please note that variations occur and that there are no guarantees for seating requests. CLICK HERE to view the 2010 Football Seating Process Results. Seat Improvement Requests Attrition is expected to be extremely low this season, therefore seat improvements will be difficult. Please visit ato.goducks.com for tips on writing requests and keep the following in mind:
For tips on writing seat improvement requests please download the seat improvement writing tips document (PDF).
Beginning with the 2009-10 athletic season, there will now be a $10 per ticket charge for all duplicate ticket requests. Original tickets will no longer need to be returned to our office and there will be no refunds issued. Duck Athletic Fund members will be permitted to receive one set of duplicates without being charged. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.
Accessible Seating Due to the high demand of wheelchair accessible seating in Autzen Stadium and new ADA regulations, the Oregon Ticket Office requests that season ticket holders who purchase wheelchair accessible season tickets only use those tickets if you or your patrons are in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office will try to accommodate any requests for customers that need limited mobility seating but are not in a wheelchair. The Ticket Office reserves the right to exchange tickets the day of game if patrons seated in accessible seats do not require this seating. Customers who need to make accessible seat arrangements must contact the Ticket Office prior to the day of the game. Accessible exchanges are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that requests for exchanges will be granted.
