It's got to be the shoes!

Shadrack Kiptoo-Biwott and the O Heroes program made a lot of kids in Shadrack's home country of Keyna very happy on a recent visit home with the gift of running shoes. Read all about it here in Curtis Anderson's feature story for the Register Guard. Also included is a brief meet preview for the UW Indoor Invitational, which runs today and tomorrow in Seattle. Shadrack is slated to run on Oregon's distance medley relay team at 8:20 p.m. tonight, and don't be surprised if he isn't joined by another All-American or two on the Ducks' squad.
