Ducks to Stage Free Youth Football Clinic

EUGENE University of Oregon head football coach Chip Kelly will conduct a free football clinic for boys and girls from noon through 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30, in Autzen Stadium.

The camp will be open to kids of all ages currently enrolled in the first through eighth grade.

Kelly, along with Oregon staff and players, will stage the Oregon Football Youth Camp, co-sponsored by Bi-Mart, Gatorade and The Duck Store. The camp is designed to create an environment where boys and girls can learn the basic skills of the game. Included will be interactive stations where the participants can learn how to run, throw and catch in groups broken down by grades as well as physical skill level.

Interested participants are encouraged to sign up in advance by accessing the Camps and Events link through Registration the morning of the clinic will be allowed, subject to space availability, beginning at 11:30 a.m., in the plaza between Autzen Stadium (west end) and the Casanova Center (east end).
