2008 Ended his career ranked
sixth on Oregon’s all-time scoring list (202 points) and tied for seventh on its career field goal chart (32) ... Excelled in his dual role of handling all the team’s placements as well as kickoffs through the first nine games before concentrating his efforts as a kickoff specialist the last quarter of the regular season ... The team’s third-leading scorer (68 points) averaged 61.8 yards per kickoff on 95 attempts, with 27 of his boots resulting in touchbacks ... Averaged 68 yards or better in three games, including a 68.3-yard average on 10 kicks at Arizona State ... Ranked seventh among kickers in Pac-10 scoring (5.2 avg.) and sixth in field goals made (0.85 avg.) ... Selected Pac-10’s special teams player of the week after connecting on all four field goal tries at Purdue, and again for his efforts at Arizona State, which included a career-long 52-yard three-pointer ... 2007 The team’s scoring leader ranked fourth in the Pac-10 (7.8 avg.) in addition to finishing fifth in the league in field goal accuracy (80.0%) in his first year as program’s top placements specialist ... Ranked seventh (tie) on school’s single-season list for successful three-point attempts as he connected on 11 of 12 tries inside of 40 yards ... The semifinalist for the Lou Groza Award (nation’s top collegiate place-kicker) equaled his number of most field goals made in one game (3) at Arizona to earn team’s special teams player of the week ... His only misfires over the last nine games (15 attempts) were a 53-yard try at Washington and a hurried 41-yard effort vs. Oregon State at the end of regulation ... Continued his role as team’s top kickoff specialist for the third straight year, benefitting from improved leg strength as Oregon finished third in the league in touchbacks (17) and fifth in average length of kickoffs (63.1 avg.) ... Also was credited with two tackles at Stanford and scored a two-point conversion in the Sun Bowl vs. South Florida ... His lone punt attempt as a collegian was a 17-yard effort that rolled out of bounds at the 19-yard line in Seattle.

2006 Proved to be an asset as team’s kickoff specialist, averaging 59.3 yards per boot while 20 of 64 attempts resulted in touchbacks ... Cited as team’s specials teams player of the week for his performance in wins against Arizona State and UCLA ... Drove six of his seven kickoffs to the goal line or deeper in Tempe, which resulted in four touchbacks, while none of his four kickoffs were returned by the Bruins ... Also executed a successful onsides kick as well as converted a 22-yard field goal and three PATs against UCLA. Also posted tackles against Oklahoma, Portland State and Washington.

2005 Averaged 55.7 yards on a team-high 62 kickoffs while driving the ball into the end zone 13 times for touchbacks in 11 games ... Made the most of his limited placement opportunities in three contests, converting three of five field goals at Arizona State to earn Pac-10’s weekly special teams accolades ... Included was a collegiate-best 51-yard three-pointer against the Sun Devils with his only misses in that game coming from 47 and 55 yards ... However, was unsuccessful on all three tries two weeks later at Arizona.

HIGH SCHOOL The three-sport letterman earned first-team all-Portland Interscholastic League honors in both soccer and football, boasting a prep-best 53-yard field goal for the 2001 PIL champions ... The Multnomah Athletic Club Scholar/Athlete also played safety for the Quakers in addition to receiving all-conference track & field honors as a long jumper and sprinter.
