Three-time Pac-10 Champion and six-time school record holder is one of the premier 400 meter runners in the country. Anchored Oregon's impressive 2010 NCAA title in the 4x400 meters, her final race at Historic Hayward Field. Was named the 2010 Pac-10 track athlete of the year. Broke the school 400 meter record, held by Olympian Camara Jones, at the 2009 NCAA meet (51.29), and lowered that to 50.76 in 2010. Also holds Oregon’s all-time marks in the indoor 400 (53.27) and 300 meters (38.34), plus her spots on the record-setting 4x100 (43.27, third leg), 4x400 (3:28.54, anchor leg) and indoor 4x400 (3:32.97, second leg) meter relay teams.

2009-10: NCAA Outdoor and Indoor 4x400 relay champion. Became the first woman ever to win three consecutive Pac-10 400 meter titles. Outdoors - Led the nation in the 400 meters and was No. 14 at 200 meters. Pac-10 champion at 400 meters and in the 4x100 relay, and was also the runner-up at 200 meters. At the 2010 Pac-10 championships, set school, stadium and meet records in winning her third consecutive 400 meter title in 50.76. Also finished second in the 200 meters in 23.41 (No. 3 all-time at Oregon). Had a wind-aided PR of 23.18 in the preliminaries. Ran the third leg on Oregon's winning 4x100 meter relay team that set a meet and school record in 43.27. Two weeks later at the NCAA West Regional, won both her first round (52.67) and quaterfinal (51.60) heats to advance to the NCAA Championships. Also ran on both advancing relay teams, the 4x100 (43.50) and 4x400 (3:30.23), which won their quarterfinal heats. The 4x400 mark was a school record at the time. At the NCAA Championships, took second in her 400 semifinal heat in 53.92, before finishing fourth in an excellent final in 52.34. Provided one of the signature moments of the Championships, as she held off Texas A&M's Jessica Beard to lead Oregon to it's first-ever NCAA victory in the 4x400 meter relay in a school record 3:28.54. Also ran the second leg of Oregon's third-place 4x100 meter relay team (43.74) for her third All-America award of the 2010 meet, and seventh career. Earlier in the year, at the Penn Relays, ran the second leg on the Ducks' record-setting 4x400 meter relay team (3:32.34) and took the 400 leg on Oregon's distance medley relay team (11:02.85) as both squads recorded runner-up finishes. Won the 200 meters at the Oregon Relays in 23.80. Ran the third leg of the 4x100 relay team that set the Oregon Twilight meet record in 44.24. Opened season at the Oregon Preview, where she ran the third leg on Oregon's winning 4x100 meter relay team that clocked the second-fastest time in school history, 44.30. Ran third leg on 4x100 relay team that won the Stanford Invitational (44.38). Took second in the 400 meters at the Pepsi Team Invitational in 53.62. Also ran the third leg of the runner-up 4x100 meter relay at the Pepsi meet to help Oregon to the team title. That team set the school record at the time in 44.13. Was named the Pac-10 track athlete of the year and the West Region track athlete of the year. Also a Pac-10 all-academic honorable mention selection. Indoors - Anchored Oregon's first-ever NCAA Indoor national title with a second place finish in the 400 meters, and as a member of the Ducks' first-ever NCAA champion 4x400 meter relay team. Set a pair of school records and recorded personal bests at the three sprint distances. Capped indoor season with a command performance at the NCAA Championships. After running 52.56 in the preliminaries of the 400 meters to advance, blistered to a time of 51.63 in the finals to finish second. Placed behind only Hampton's Francena McCorory, who won in an American record 50.54. Also ran the second leg on the Ducks' winning 4x400 meter relay team that set another school record in 3:32.97. Earlier in the year, lowered her own school record in her signature event, the 400 meters, Jan. 30 at the Texas A&M Challenge, running a winning time of 52.79. Also at Texas A&M, ran the 400 leg of Oregon's winning distance medley relay team (10:59.64). That time was Oregon's first-ever under 11:00 and now ranks second all-time. Two weeks later at the Tyson Invitational, helped Oregon shatter the 4x400 relay mark (3:33.31). Also at the Tyson, ran a PR in the 200, 23.92, that ranks second all-time at Oregon. Third place finish in the 200 meters (24.12) at the MPSF Championships helped Oregon win the league title for the first time. 2008-09: Pac-10 champion at 400 meters and a two-time All-American in the event after finishing fifth at the NCAA outdoor championships and sixth at the NCAA indoor meet. Posted one of the best 400 meter seasons in school history. Indoors, took fourth at the New Balance Invitational (53.38) to qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships, where she broke her own school record in the preliminaries (53.27) before finishing sixth in the finals in 53.39. Became the first Oregon woman to score in the 400 at the NCAA indoor meet. Also clocked the school’s fourth-best indoor 200 time (24.44) and ran the anchor leg of the record-setting 4x400 meter relay team (3:36.52) at the MPSF Championships. Outdoors, won the 400 at the Pepsi Team Invitational (53.41) before ramping things up in the championships season. Started things off with a bang by winning the Pac-10 Championship in 51.74. Was a full second clear of the field at the finish line. Won the 400 at the NCAA West Regional (52.49) to advance to the NCAA Championships, where she scored for the first time. Won her preliminary heat in 53.12 and was third in her semifinal in 52.33 to make the final, where she placed fifth in a personal best and school record 51.29. Also qualified for the 2009 USA Track & Field Championships, where she advanced through the preliminary and semifinal rounds to make the national final, where she ran eighth in 52.47. Was also a Pac-10 scorer at 200 meters in 23.70, a time that stands as the fourth-best at Oregon, and on both relay teams. Was the third leg of the third-place 4x100 meter relay team (44.80). Ran that same leg during Oregon’s record-setting performance, 44.17, in the preliminaries of the NCAA West Regional. Was the anchor of the third-place Pac-10 4x400 meter relay team (3:37.10). Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection. Named the team’s Lynne Winbigler Performer of the Year. Season Bests: Outdoors - 200 Meters - 23.53 (w+2.2), Pac-10 Championships, Eugene, Ore. 2007-08: Pac-10 champion at 400 meters and an NCAA Championships qualifier in the event. Became Oregon’s first medalist in the 400 meters in 13 years, winning the league final in a season-best 53.27. Advanced to her first NCAA Championships by placing second in the 400 at the NCAA West Regional (53.49). Also a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that placed third at the Pac-10 Championships (3:37.43) to help Oregon score 100 points and finish in the top three for the first time since 1996. Finished second in the 400 at the Pepsi Team Invitational (53.62). Also clocked Oregon’s top 200-meter time of the season, 24.31, at the Mt. SAC Relays. Indoors, opened season with three straight 400 meter wins at the UW Indoor Invitational, the MPSF Championships and Arkansas Last Chance meet, before finishing 11th at her first NCAA Championships (53.79). Also ran on the distance medley relay team that finished ninth at the NCAA Indoor Championships. USTFCCCA All-Academic selection. Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection. 2006-07: Pac-10 scorer on the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relay teams. Ran a seasonal best in her third 400 meter race outdoors (54.43) and then competed in the 400 meters at the Pac-10 and West Region Championships, in addition to running on the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays. Was also a member of the 4x400 meter relay that ran the third-fastest time in school history at the Pepsi Invitational in April. Indoors, ran on the 4x400 meter relay squad that broke the previous school record in three of four appearances, including a second-place finish in the Mountain Pacific Championships that ranked UO 14th nationally. Season Bests: Outdoors - 100 Meters - 12.55 (PR), ASU Clif Bar Invitational, Tempe, Ariz. (3/24/07); 200 Meters - 24.92, ASU Clif Bar Invitational, Tempe, Ariz. (3/24/07); 400 Meters - 54.43, Oregon Invitational, Eugene, Ore. (4/21/07).

Prep: Placed top-eight in the California state 400 meter final as a senior (third, 54.46), junior (seventh, 55.25) and sophomore (sixth, 55.76). Also ran in state on the 4x400 meter relay as a senior (third, 3:41.59) and junior (fifth, 3:48.25), and in the 4x100 meter relay as a junior (fifth, 46.73, 46.58). Clocked one of the nation’s best times in the 400 meters as both a senior (54.46) and junior (55.25). In summer action, finished top-six in the 400 meters in the 2006 Junior Olympic Championships. Honor Roll member.
