Opening Day! Oregon Baseball Returns for 2011 Season

The 15th ranked Oregon Baseball team opens the 2011 home season vs. St. Mary's at PK Park, Friday at 5pm.  Fans will receive free Oregon Baseball posters and will be greeted by the Duck performing as a DJ and treated to a Fireworks show after the game.  In case of snow, winter carnival activities will take place during the game as well.  Tickets are still available and can be bought and printed online at

Game 2 vs. St. Mary's is Saturday at Noon, and is Family Day, with 2 kids and 2 adults admitted for $25.  Game 3 on Sunday begins at 1pm, and is Senior Sunday with 2 for 1 reserved tickets for fans 65 and over.

As usual, kids run the bases after every game at PK Park! The PK Park Box office opens 1:30 before game time and the gates to PK Park open 1 hour prior to the first pitch.  Parking is also available in the Autzen lot and can be accessed off of Leo Harris Parkway.

If you aren't in town, you can still watch and listen to the game live on O-ZoneThe O-Zone will feature live video for more than 25 baseball games and Jerry Allen's radio broadcast for all 58 contests this season.  With higher quality video and some games in true HD, now is the time to become an O-Zone member.
