Hey Duck Fans! Well, we’ve played our last regular season game at Howe Field this past weekend against the University of Arizona. We came away with one win against the No. 3 Ranked Wildcats with an impressive two-run, home run by senior Neena Bryant in the bottom of the 7th inning. We would have liked to come away with more wins this weekend, but we’re continuing to learn and develop as players and as a team. This week is a short week for us, with only two days of practice before we head down to Stanford to play our last PAC-10 series. Our games will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday because Selection Sunday is this weekend. We will spend Selection Sunday together as a team as we wait to hear where we are headed for NCAA Regionals the following week. Thanks to all the parents, family, friends, and fans that came out this past weekend to help us celebrate our seniors! Can’t wait to get some wins against the Cardinal this weekend and as always, GO DUCKS!
