Season Stats Career Stats

2014   The second-team Freshman All-American (Scout.com) emerged as Oregon’s top special teams player on the year, developing into an offensive threat as the year progressed . . . Burst onto the scene with a 50-yard punt return for a touchdown in his collegiate debut vs. South Dakota before duplicating that feat from 58 yards out later in the year at California . . . Yet the second-team all-league standout played a crucial role as a kick coverage specialist, leading the team in special teams tackles (17) while attracting more than one blocker on a regular basis . . . Accumulated a 15.5-yard punt return average that would have ranked fourth in the country had he met the minimum number of returns (11 att., 171 yds.) while leading the Ducks with 19.0-yard kickoff return average (22 att., 418 yds.) . . . Finished third on the team in all-purpose yards (67.8 avg.) and tied for fifth in scoring (42 pts.) as he polished his game from a receiving standpoint as the year wore on . . . Completed the year with 23 catches for 327 yards and five TDs, with 20 of his grabs  taking place in his last seven games of the season . . . Enjoyed a season-high seven catches for 104 yards in the Pac-12 Championship game against Arizona . . . Reeled in a pair of touchdown receptions in both the Colorado and Oregon State games as he reached the end zone in four of the last five regular-season outings . . . Was the recipient of the Gordon E. Wilson Award (Oregon’s Top Special Teams Standout) following the regular season . . . Transitioned to the defensive secondary for the greater portion of 2015 spring drills yet saw ample time on the offensive side of the ball in the Spring Game . . . Led all receivers with five catches for 144 yards, including touchdown grabs of 52 and 46 yards, in addition to posting three tackles and the spring exhibition's lone interception . . . Doubled as a key component on the school's national championship track team as a true freshman, running the third leg on the third-fastest 4x100 relay in school history at the NCAA West Regional meet in Austin, Texas . . . The quartet finished with the 10th-fastest prelim time at the NCAA Championships in Eugene . . . Also qualified for the long jump at the West Regional with a season-best 24-0.75 (7.33m) and ran a 2015-best 100 meters (10.94) at the Pepsi Invitational.

BEFORE OREGON   The all-purpose threat emerged as the top-ranked standout on the Orlando Sentinel’s 2014 Central Florida Super60 ledger as well as among the newspaper’s premier 20 players on its Florida Top 100 list . . . Caught 37 passes for 512 yards and seven touchdowns his senior season in addition to contributing a trio of rushing scores and three kickoff returns for TDs . . . Earned first-team all-state acclaim by the Associated Press and received first-team All-Area recognition as a wide receiver by the Daytona Beach News-Journal . . . Added 57 tackles and four interceptions as a defensive back for the Sandcrabs while returning one of the picks for a touchdown . . . Was selected MVP of the U.S. contingent in the Under-19 International Bowl vs. Canada after returning a punt 90 yards for a touchdown in addition to five catches for another 56 yards . . . Took advantage of his low center of gravity and quickness to emerge as an explosive playmaker with breakaway speed, as witnessed by placing fourth in the state 3A 100 meters as a junior.
