EUGENE, Ore. -- Add another piece of hardware to Oregon quarterback Dennis Dixon's collection resulting from his effort in the Ducks' win over Michigan last Saturday.

The senior from Leandro, Calif., who took home Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Week honors on Monday, earned USA Today's national weekly award on Tuesday.

Dixon had 368 yards of total offense, threw for touchdowns of 85, 61 and 46 yards and ran for another score in the Ducks' 39-7 defeat of the Wolverines. He won the award with the unanimous support of the fan ballot, college football editor Erick Smith and Gannett News Service columnist Mike Lopresti.

Oregon's field general was chosen over Oklahoma QB Sam Bradford, Penn State LB Dan Connor, Georgia Tech RB Jonathan Dwyer and LSU RB Keiland Williams.
