Arizona Predictions, Players of the Week
Wednesday, December 1, 11:00 p.m. PT

The last game is done, gone, buh-bye now, etc. So it really doesn't fit within the Win the Day mentality to comment on it after the fact. But it's been one of those weeks where Monday turns into Tuesday, which morphs into Wednesday, an so on, and you can't keep your head above water. The result is a blog post at 11 o'clock at night just to get it checked off the to-do list.

So without further delay, here are the Duck Feed predictions from the game played vs. Arizona on Nov. 26:

1. Josh Huff has a career day.
Correct. And somewhat of an understatement. The true frosh became the fifth different Duck to rush for 100 yards this season, bagging 103 on three carries. His 85-yard TD dash in the 3rd quarter was Oregon's longest play of the season was a "game-changer."

2. A Duck makes his debut.
Correct. Now batting... (batting). Number forty-one (forty-one)... Alejandro (Alejandro)... Maldonado (Maldonado)... If he's never been a baseball player, he should be with such a great name. But in this game, he served as Oregon's punter, filling in for an ailing Jackson Rice

3. The Ducks score 39 or more points.
Correct. There was plenty of chatter following the Cal game that the Bears had created a blueprint for the college football world showing how to defend the Ducks. To which this prediction says, 'C'mon now.'

4. Arizona scores 17 points or less.
Incorrect. Okay, so you can't win them all. Take away the safety and the 'oops' coverage on the 85-yard passing TD from Foles to Criner and this pick wasn't that far off.

5. LaMichael James returns to the end zone.
Correct. This one almost felt like cheating. The odds of the nation's leading scorer being denied a touchdown for a second straight game were akin to winning Powerball.

Weekly mark: 4-1 (.800) • Season mark: 33-23 (.589)
