“This wasn’t our best meet, we have plenty of room for improvement,” said head coach Felecia Mulkey. “It’s all about peaking at the right time and we are headed that way."
The Ducks performed well in the first half, finishing ahead of Quinnipiac 94.40-88.60 after the Compulsory, Acro and Pyramid rounds. In the first round of the meet, Oregon held a 37.6-33.65 advantage in the Compulsory heats. The Ducks built on that performance by outscoring the Bobcats 27.85-25.75 in the Acro round.

Coming out of halftime, Oregon regained the momentum, winning the Toss round 28.15-27.6. The Ducks never turned back as they managed to take the Tumbling round as well, outscoring the Bobcats 55.93-53.93.
Up 178.48-170.13 before the meet’s final event, Oregon set out to close to meet in style in the Team Routine. The Ducks performed their routine first, earning a score of 95.00, while Quinnipiac followed that up with a solid performance that got them a score of 90.09.
"We moved some people around today and are going to continue to tweak things to improve scores overall," added Mulkey.
Oregon officially won the meet 273.475-260.215 to advance to 4-0 on the season, remaining the only undefeated team in the NCATA.
