Jorge Gutierrez also scored 18 and Justin Cobbs added 15 points for the Golden Bears (13-4, 3-1 Pac-12), who beat the Ducks (11-5, 2-2) for the eighth straight time.
Crabbe, who also had 12 rebounds, keyed a 23-5 run in the second half that put Cal up 55-38 with 8:55 to play. Crabbe scored 11 points during that stretch with three 3-pointers.
Crabbe finished 9 for 16 from the floor and 6 for 8 on 3-pointers. His only first-half points came on a 3-pointer that gave the Golden Bears a 20-17 advantage. Cal led 30-27 at the break.
Devoe Joseph led Oregon with 14 points, E.J. Singler scored 12 and Olu Ashaolu had 10 points.
POSTGAME NOTES
- Oregon dropped to 1-4 overall when shooting for a worse field goal percentage than the opponent. The Ducks have been out-rebounded in four of their five losses this season (3-4 record when that occurs).
- After the Ducks trailed 42-38 with 11:22 in the second half, Cal out-scored Oregon 18-3 to take a 60-41 edge with 7:52 remaining.
- Devoe Joseph reached double-figures for the ninth time in 10 games played this season. It was the fourth time this season Joseph led the team in scoring.
