INDIANAPOLIS -- Friday's 2013 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Midwest Regional semifinal between No. 25 Oregon and No. 2 Louisville is scheduled to tip off at 4:15 p.m. PT from Lucas Oil Stadium, with a live telecast on CBS.
The Ducks (28-8), seeded 12th in the Midwest Regional, advanced to the "Sweet 16" by way of wins over 5th-seeded Oklahoma State in the 2nd Round and 4th-seeded Saint Louis in the 3rd Round in San Jose. The other three teams in the Midwest semifinals are also the top three seeds in the regional, including the tournament's overall No. 1 seed Louisville (31-5), second-seeded Duke (29-5) and No. 3 seed Michigan State (27-8).
Oregon is 2-1 all-time against the Cardinals, having most recently defeated them by a combined 50 points in a home-and-home series during the 2000-01 and 2001-02 seasons.
