EUGENE, Ore. - Portland Trail Blazers guard Patty Mills will be at Matthew Knight Arena on Thursday evening prior to the Oregon women’s basketball game against Arizona State. Mills will be on hand, along with teammate Rudy Fernandez, to sell and sign t-shirts in an effort to raise money for Australians affected by the recent floods. Mills, a native of Canberra, Australia, who played collegiately at Saint Mary’s, is hoping to raise $50,000 with his “Assist Australia” efforts.

Mills and Fernandez will be in attendance approximately 45 minutes before the scheduled 7:00 p.m. tip-off between the Ducks and Sun Devils. T-shirts will be available for purchase in the South Duck Store on the concourse, and signing will be across the hall in front of the practice courts. Mills and Fernandez will also sign t-shirts at halftime, and following the game will sign along with seniors Ellyce Ironmonger (Perth, Australia) and Victoria Kenyon (Queensland, Australia).
