2009-10 : Recipient of the 2010 NCAA Elite 88 award for men's golf at the NCAA Championships in Chattanooga, Tenn., recognizing the student-athlete with the highest GPA among the 156 competitors ... ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America (3rd team) and All-District (1st team) selection ... Pac-10 All-Academic first team ... Went 2-0 in match play portion of the NCAA Championships ... Tied the competitive course record with a 6-under 66 in the final round of the NCAA Championships at The Honors Course, tying for 34th overall at even par 216 (74-76-66) ... Tied for 14th at the NCAA Southwest Region, third among his teammates with a 5-over 221 (73-75-73) ... Third among the Ducks, tied for 28th overall at the Pac-10 Championships at even par 284 (66-71-73-74) ... Placed 13th as UO won the Western Intercollegiate with a score of 2-over 212 (67-74-71) ... 2008-09 : Competed in nine tournaments and was Oregon's top golfer on three occasions. Tied for fourth on the team with a 73.6 scoring average. Had four top-30 finishes on the season and a pair of top-15s. Terrific play as an individual at the Oregon Duck Invitational led to his best career finish, a tie for second. Shot a 4-under 212 (69-73-212) in that event. Also solid as an individual at the U.S. Intercollegiate where he tied for 20th (70-72-68-210) and matched his career low with a 68. In fall play, saw his first action in the Husky Invitational, and was the top Oregon finisher at 13th (76-69-75-220.) Followed that with a 46th place finish at the Brickyard Collegiate Championship, also the top Oregon competitor. Qualified for the 2009 U.S. Amateur Championship. Pac-10 All-Academic first team selection.
2007-08 : Top newcomer on the team with a 73.7 stroke average (third overall). Played in all 14 tournaments. Six top-20 finishes. Tied for 20th at both the Fresno State Lexus Classic (71-73-70-214) and the Oregon Duck Invitational (76-74-73-223). Best showing of the spring was a tie for ninth at the ASU Thunderbird (69-72-73-214). In the NCAA Championships, bounced back from a first-round 90 to post 74 and 77 on the second and third days, respectively. Four top-20 finishes in the fall. Fired back-to-back 68's in his collegiate debut at the Giustina Memorial Classic en route to a 12th place finish (68-68-77-212). Backed up that performance by finishing in a tie for 8th in the Husky Invitational (74-72-146). Recorded his third top 20 finish of the fall at the Alister MacKenzie Invitational by shooting a pair of 69's in the final two rounds (72-69-69-210). Great showing at the Big Ten/Pac-10 Challenge where he tied for 10th (71-72-79-222). In the summer, won the Royal Oaks Invitational.
Before Oregon : Played varsity golf for Coach Todd O'Neal at Sheldon High School in Eugene, earning three letters. The team won the 2005 and 2006 Oregon State Championships. Was an Oregon state co-medalist in the 2006 season. Also was a kicker on the Sheldon football team for one season ... Personal : Born Jack Thomas Dukeminier on December 26, 1988, in Eugene, Ore. Parents are William Dukeminier, who played golf for California, and Catherine. Has two older brothers, Chris, who played golf at Oregon from 2001-2005, and Sam. Majoring in business.
