Confirmed her impressive prep potential with three of the top seasons by a Duck setter in 2010-11-12. As a junior, the first-team All-American and Pac-12 Setter of the Year led the nation in assists (13.37 per set), and directed UO to the nation's top kills per set mark (15.95) and a .289 hitting mark that tied the school record and stood ninth nationally. In 2011, was tabbed an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American and became UO's first setter to claim Honorable Mention All-America, All-Pac-12 and All-Region nods the same season. In 2010, the All-Pac-10 Freshman Team choice led frosh nationally in assists (11.75 p/s) and led the offense to a .256 hitting mark - its fourth-best ever. In spring of 2011 was tabbed to USA Volleyball's Junior National Team and A2 National Squad, and helped the former squad place fourth in the World Junior Championships and tie its best-ever placing. As a prep, she was tabbed to various USA Volleyball High Performance Pool squads, and was tabbed a Junior Olympic Tournament All-American after she helped her team finish fifth in the open division in July 2010. Her arrival was vital in helping the team replace four-year starter Nevena Djordjevic who racked up a school record 4,400 assists from 2006-09.

JUNIOR SEASON (2012) - All-American / Pac-12 Setter of the Year / All-Pac-12 / All-Region
En route to her first honors on the AVCA and Volleyball Magazine All-America First Teams, she topped the nation in assists (13.37 per set) the entire season and ended the year a full assist per set of second-ranked Aubrey Kirven of Towson (12.36 p/s). UO's first Pac-12 Setter of the Year honoree owned the Pac-12’s first-, third- and fourth-best assist totals of the season at No. 6 Washington (75), vs. No. 16 BYU (68) and California (66-tied). In league play, her assists per set average stood even higher (13.54), and she ranked 10th-best in Pac-12-only play in aces (0.25 p/s). She picked up her second AVCA National Player of the Week honor in as many years in late September after she led UO to sweeps at then-No. 2 USC and at home vs. then-No. 26 Oregon. She directed the offense to .357 and .368 hitting marks vs. the Trojans and Beavers, and her 48 and 46 assists vs. OSU and USC are the team’s season highs for three-set matches. Career-wise, the returning All-Pac-12 pick leads UO all-time in assists per set (12.30 avg.), and stands second in total assists (4,194). Her season assists total (1,618) and average (13.37) both ranked second-best for UO (and best since the start of rally scoring), and she already ranked top 10 with her totals as a sophomore (1,330 (#7); 11.67 (#7)) and freshman (1,246 (#9); 11.75 (#6)). Her career high 75 assists at then-No. 6 Washington in early November was Oregon’s best since the start of rally scoring in 2001, ninth all-time overall, and best since 1998. Under her direction, the Ducks again ranked first team-wise in the nation in kills (15.95 per set) and ninth in hitting with a school-record mark (.289). Among other category matches, she paced the team in aces a team-best 10 times to give her 36 honors in her career. Among her 28 career double-doubles, eight came in 2012 at Arizona (3 sets – 10 digs, 40 assists), vs. UC Santa Barbara (4s - 12 digs, 46 assists), at California (3s - 15D, 54A), at No. 7 Stanford (5s - 16D, 59A), vs. No. 2 Washington (4s - 10D, 57A), Dayton (3s – 12D, 41A), #16 BYU (4s – 11D, 68A) and #10 Nebraska (14D, 52A). Off the court, she was a repeat Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention. Season Highs (*Career Highs): Kills: 6 (6K-0E-7A) (5s) at #6 Washington; Points: 8.0 (5s), at #7 Stanford (10/5/12); (5s) at #6 Wash. (11/16/12); *Assists: 75 (5s), at #6 Washington (11/16/12); Digs: 16 (5s), at #7 Stanford (10/5/12); Aces: 3 (3s), vs Colorado (9/29/12); Blocks: 4 (4BA) (3s) at Arizona State (10/20/12).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011) - All-Pac-12 / All-Region / Honorable Mention All-America.
Cemented her place as one of the nation's top setters, running the fast-paced Duck offense and ranked 10th nationally in assists (11.67 per set) at season's end, and helped UO stand 12th nationally in kills (14.44 per set). At the service line, she topped the squad in aces on 10 occasions – second-most on the season for UO – and in assists all 31 matches. Capped the year ranked sixth on Duck all-time season lists in total assists (1,330) and assists per set (11.67), and top five career-wise in assists per set (first, 11.71) and total assists (fifth, 2,576). Conference-wise,she stood second in assists (11.67) and fifth in double-doubles (12), and stood second among setters and underclassmen in the latter category. Among her top match stats, she sported the league's best three-set assist total (52 vs. then-No. 7 UW); her 60 assists at No. 5 Stanford, 58 at ASU and 56 vs. Utah were the fifth-, ninth- and 12th-best overall; and her team-high four aces tied for seventh-best in the Pac-12.  In October, she became the fifth Duck in as many years to receive AVCA National Player of the Week honors after the team swept No. 7 Washington for the first time since 1995 (and she has directed Oregon to its half of its four wins in the last 32 matches in the series). The Huskies came into the match leading the nation in blocks, and also ranked second in the league in opponent hitting percentage (.127), but UO and Plum more than doubled that total (.283). The night before in the 0-2 comeback win against WSU, she helped UO win its 12th straight match in the series (and the last four with her at setter). After the final week of the regular season, she added her second Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week honor after the Ducks scored their second-ever pair of same-weekend road wins at Stanford and California ever (and fourth overall), thanks to its five-set decisions over the returning league co-champions. Altogether, she posted her 10 highest assist totals of the season in league or postseason play, six of which were part of double-doubles at then-No. 5 Stanford (season best 60 assists, 11 digs) and No. 3 California (57 assists, 14 digs), vs. Utah (57 assists, 12 digs) and No.1 UCLA (56 assists), at Washington State (54, 10 digs) and vs. ASU (53, 10 digs) and a three-set victory vs. then-No. 7 Washington (52, 12 digs). In mid-October vs. the returning league co-champions she also scored double-doubles thanks to her highest career digs totals vs. then-No. 4 California (19, 26 assists) and then-No. 7 Stanford (17, 47 assists). Her other double-doubles came in three-set wins over returning Big Sky champion Portland State (33 assists, 10 digs) and returning NCAA qualifier Arizona (32 assists, 10 digs), and five-set loss to then-No. 12 Minnesota (47 assists, 11 digs), while she just missed another double-double in the sweep at Utah (39 assists, 9 digs). In the team’s upset at then-No. 3 Cal, she tied the team season high in aces (4) – the third-best mark in league play and seventh-best overall – and she added three in a September sweep vs. Arizona. In the second half of October, she posted her second three-set double-double (38 assists, 11 digs) vs. No. 3 Cal, while her career-high nine kills the week before was one shy of her first triple-double in a five-set loss at No. 8 USC (after she posted 51 assists and 10 digs).
