2014 – The most prolific quarterback in school history has led Oregon to more wins (33) than any of his contemporaries in less than three seasons while holding no fewer than seven of the program's season and career passing pinnacles, and eclipsing conference standards . . . Has accounted for a minimum of three touchdowns in 10 of 11 games and four scores eight times, throwing for three scores and rushing for one in the opener vs. South Dakota, at Utah and against Colorado . . .  Also ran for a pair of touchdowns and throwing two into the end zone against Wyoming, UCLA, and Stanford . . . 2013 — Few Oregon quarterbacks have performed at such a high level or displayed more courage than the Pac-12 Conference’s two-time first-team all-league signal-caller as he completed 245 of 386 passes (65.8 percent) for 3,665 yards, 31 touchdowns and only four interceptions . . . He ended the year leading the league in passing efficiency (167.7), passing yards per completion (14.96 avg.) and total points responsible for (240) while ranking seventh in the country in the former two categories and tied for ninth in the latter . . . Nationally, he also rated ninth in total offense (336.9), 12th in touchdown passes (31), as well as 14th in passing yards per game (281.9) . . . The All-America candidate and Manning Award finalist was named a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award (college player of the year), the Davey O’Brien Award (national quarterback award) and the Walter Camp Award (most outstanding player) . . .The first player in school history to eclipse 4,000 yards of total offense in a single season (4,380) was one of three league players to surpass the previous Pac-12 season record in 2013 . . .  In addition, he set school records for most points responsible for, completions (245) and most total touchdowns (40), as well as finished second on the single-season passing yards ledger (3,665) . . . 2012 — The honorable mention All-American and Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year became the league’s first freshman quarterback to earn first-team all-league honors in 23 years . . . Started all 13 games during the year and had at least one passing touchdown in each, setting a conference freshman record for most TD passes in one season (32) … Fell one scoring toss shy of equaling school’s single-season pinnacle, yet accounted for 228 points (192 passing, 30 rushing, 6 receiving) to surpass previous Oregon best (216) and rank 14th nationally (17.54) . . . The Pac-12 leader finished seventh in the country in passing efficiency (163.23) . . . Led the league in completion percentage (68.45), falling just short of the NCAA freshman record of 69.5 percent (Sam Bradford, Oklahoma, 2007) . . . Finished second on Oregon’s single-season total offensive yards list (3,429) and ninth in passing yards (2,677) . . . Also became the first player since Joey Harrington in 2000 to run, pass and be on the receiving end of a TD pass in the same game in the win vs. the Sun Devils . . . Completed 18 of 22 passes for 200 yards and three touchdowns in his collegiate debut in win over Arkansas State, culminating his first nine drives of his collegiate career with touchdowns (7 vs. Arkansas State, 2 vs. Fresno State) . . .
