Key member of Oregon's NCAA champion 4x400 meter relay teams (indoor and outdoor) and national runner-up distance medley relay teams. Four-time NCAA Division II All-American for Adams State is Oregon's top returning 400 meter runner in 2011. Ranks No. 6 all-time at Oregon in the 400 meters (53.36).
2010-11: All-American (4x400 meter relay) Outdoors: Key to Oregon's success in the 4x400 meter relay. Ran the lead leg of the Ducks' record-setting 4x400 meter relay team at the NCAA Championships. In the semifinal, led off as Oregon won its heat in 3:31.04. Also took the lead leg in the final, where Oregon battled for a national championship before taking third in a school record 3:28.18. Led off the team that had the second-fastest time overall (3:33..63) at the NCAA West Preliminary meet to help the Ducks advance to the NCAA Championships. Also qualified for the 400 meters at the West meet. Ran the 400 meters at the Pac-10 Championships, and just missed the finals, running 54.56. Recovering from a toe injury that sidelined her for all the indoor season and half the spring, made season debut in the 200 meters at the Oregon Relays. Also ran that distance at the Oregon Twilight. Season Bests: 400 Meters - 54.56, Pac-10 Championships, Tucson, Ariz. (5/13/11).
2009-10: Indoor and outdoor national champion (4x400 meter relay). Outdoors - Vital role on team as a 400 meter runner and member of the 4x400 relay squad. Ran the third leg on Oregon's first-ever NCAA champion 4x400 meter relay team that won in a school-record 3:28.54. That broke the record set two weeks earlier, 3:30.23, in a win at the NCAA West Regional. Helped Oregon win its second straight Pac-10 title by placing third in the 400 meters in a personal best 53.36. That was the sixth-fastest time in school history. Also ran a seasonal legal-best 24:06 in the 200 prelims at the Pac-10 meet. At the Penn Relays, helped Oregon break the 4x400 meter record for the first time in 2010 by 3:32.34 in a runner-up finish. Ran a windy seasonal-best 24.03 to win the 200 at the Oregon Twilight. Anchored Oregon's win in the 4x100 meter relay at the Stanford Invitational (44.38). That time ranked third on the UO top 10. Took third in the 400 meters at the Pepsi meet (54.91). Opened season in the 800 meters at the Oregon Preview. Indoors - Ran on both the NCAA champion 4x400 meter relay and runner-up distance medley relay squads to help Oregon win the Indoor title for the first time in school history. Ran the second leg of the 4x400 team that won the NCAA title in a school-record 3:32.97, marking Oregon's first-ever NCAA win in any relay race. Also took the 400 leg on the distance medley team that placed second and clocked a school-record 10:58.96. Also cracked the top five individually at 60 and 400 meters. Ran a season-best 54.63 in the 400 meters at the MPSF Championships. Her fourth place finish helped Oregon win the league title for the first time ever and also ranked second all-time indoors at the University. Also ran an indoor PR of 24.60 in the 200 meters at the MPSF meet. Opened season by running 7.72 in the finals of the 60 meters at the UW Indoor Preview. That PR ranks fifth at Oregon. Ran second leg of Oregon's 4x400 meter team that clocked 3:36.16, a record at the time, at the Texas A&M Challenge. Helped the Ducks improve on that at the Feb. 13 Tyson Invitational where she anchored Oregon's record run of 3:33.31 that finished second only to Arkansas. Before Oregon: Four-time NCAA Division II All-American at Adams State scored at the NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Championships in both the 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay. Her sophomore season (2009) saw her earn points in the 400 meters both indoors and outdoors. Was third at both meets, running 54.47 in the final outdoors and 55.89 indoors. Also scored as the lead leg on Adams State’s indoor 4x400 meter relay team that took sixth (3:53.58). Additionally, qualified for the 2009 NCAA Indoor and Outdoor Championships at 200 meters. Was named the USTFCCCA Central Region Women’s Track Athlete of the Year after helping the Grizzlies win the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Crown. Top times of 2009 were 23.99 in the 200 meters and 53.49 at 400 meters. Was an indoor All-American as a freshman in 2008 in the 4x400 meter relay. Also qualified for the indoor NCAA meet in the 400 meters. Redshirted the 2007 season. Prep: Ran a leg on the state championship 4x200 meter relay team for Sierra High School in 2005. Helped team to a third place finish in the state that year. Had personal bests of 26 seconds (200 meters), set in 2006, and 58 seconds (400 meters), set in 2005. Finished eighth in the 400 at the 2006 state meet as a senior. Also high jumped and played basketball. High School Bests: 200 Meters - 26, 2006; 400 Meters - 58, 2005.
