• One of two twins on the UO roster in 2012 with her identical twin sister Kelsey Chambers.

• Is one of team’s most versatile infielders, and has split time at shortstop and third base.

• As a sophomore and junior, provided one of team’s top bats off bench and its best home run to at-bat ratio (1:8) in 2011.

• As a freshman, posted her career highs in homers (4) and RBI (11) and had several key hits against NCAA qualifiers while starting at both shortstop and third base.

• As a prep, was a three-time All Bay-Valley Team choice, as was sister Kelsey, and played for 2008 national champion Sorcerer Gold ASA club team.


2011 SEASON (Junior)
One of team’s top bats off the bench, stroked three round-trippers among her 24 at-bats, while five of her seven hits went for extra bases. Overall, appeared in 23 games, and made seven starts at third base in non-conference slate. Cracked a two-run game-winning homer in eighth inning in 8-5 win against Utah the second weekend of the season. A month later, hit a three-run homer and walked twice in her three at-bats in 8-4 win vs. UNLV. Missed last month of season after she needed surgery to repair her cheek bone after she was hit in the face by a ball in warm-ups at No. 9 Arizona at end of April.

2010 SEASON  (Sophomore)
Started 15 games, including nine contests the opening two weekends at shortstop and six more at third base in the heart of the league slate. Homered in the first two contests of 2010 vs. eventual NCAA qualifiers Notre Dame (1-for-3, 1 RBI) and Creighton (3-for-3, 2 runs, 1 RBI). Made five starts in league action at then-No. 9 Arizona State, at then-No.5 UCLA and at then-No. 15 Stanford. Banged out hit in ASU start, and also hit safely in pinch-hit appearance vs. North Dakota. On defense, had a .791 fielding mark (10 putouts, 24 assists).

2009 SEASON (Freshman)
Started all 42 games she played - second-most on team among freshmen behind her sister Kelsey (49 starts, 50 games played). Started first 18 games of campaign at third base, then made 23 or her 24 starts at shortstop (with other start at designated player). Hit safely in 12 different contests, including victorious league tilts against No. 12 California (1-for-2, 2 runs, 2 RBI, home run, walk) and No. 6 Arizona (1-for-3, 1 RBI, double). First collegiate hit was a double in 14-0 win vs. Southern Mississippi the second weekend of the season. Collected all 11 of her RBIs in 13-game stretch in March and April. Logged first collegiate steal vs. Southern Utah in Wolf Pack Classic in Reno. Overall, ranked fifth on team in home runs (4). On defense, posted a .844 fielding mark (52 putouts, 56 assists).

Prep: Her senior season, was a a San Francisco All-Metro Second Team choice at second base. In summer, drew national notoriety in July as her Sorcerer Gold-Pete ASA club was the 18U Louisville Champion in the Louisville Slugger Independence Day Tournament in Boulder, Colo., thanks to its 9-1 record. In prior seasons, was an All-Metro First Team choice in 2006 and second team pick in ’07. Among team awards, she was the team’s Best Defensive Player in 2007, Best Offensive Player in ’06 and the Coaches Award winner in ’05. As a junior, was a Comcast Player of the Game selection, and as a sophomore, the Contra Costa Times newspaper picked her as an Athlete of the Week and All-Time Capsule selection. Both she and sister Kelsey owned 3.5 GPA’s and also starred three seasons as guards on the basketball team. High School (Coach): Clayton Valley '08 (Jen Arnold).

Personal: Sociology major. Parents are Ron and Kim and has one brother Colby and another sister Kamryn.
