2013 — The true freshman displayed tendencies of becoming a big-play artist as he was particularly effective coming off the edge from the line of scrimmage . . . He also was a standout on special teams, registering the team’s third-most tackles covering kicks (8) . . . Was credited with 14 tackles in 11 games, including quarterback sacks against Nicholls, California, and Oregon State . . .
