LAS VEGAS (AP) - Damyean Dotson and E.J. Singler scored 14 points each and Oregon raced away from Utah early for a 64-45 win Friday night in the Pac-12 tournament semifinals.

Oregon (25-8) had its regular-season conference title chances spoiled by Utah (15-18) last weekend, but gave the Utes no chance of a repeat upset at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The third-seeded Ducks built a 14-point lead in the first half and kept the cushion near double figures the rest of the way to earn a spot in Saturday's title game against No. 21 UCLA.

Oregon also stifled Jarred DuBois and Jordan Loveridge, Utah's top two scorers, all night. DuBois missed all eight of his shots and went scoreless, while Loveridge had eight points on 1-of-10 shooting.

Utah shot 29 percent and went 5 of 17 from 3-point range.

  • With a game-high (tie) 14 points, SR F E.J. Singler became the 12th Oregon player to reach the 1,500-point mark and now has 1,501. Singler is 10 points shy of Aaron Brooks (2003-07) for 11th allt-time at UO.
  • Oregon improved to 3-5 all-time in Pac-12 Tournament play. The previous two times the Ducks won semifinal games, they went on to claim the championship.
  • UO's 19-point win was the largest margin of victory in this year's conference tourney and the Ducks' +11.0 scoring margin is also tops after three days.
  • JR G Johnathan Loyd had career-highs in attempted and made free throws, going a perfect 8 of 8 from the charity stripe.
  • The Ducks are now 8-2 with a starting five of FR G Dominic Artis, FR G Damyean Dotson, Singler, SR F Arsalan Kazemi & SR C Tony Woods.
