EUGENE, Ore. – Season tickets for the 2014 Oregon Ducks baseball season are on sale at www.goducks.com/baseballtix.

Oregon will host 32 games during the season, including five Pac-12 series, starting on February 25 against Portland. The Ducks first three-game series runs February 28 to March 2 against Cal State Fullerton, which advanced to the NCAA Super Regional round where they lost to eventual national champion UCLA.

Season tickets start as low as five dollars per game and guarantee postseason ticket priority if the Ducks host NCAA Regional or Super Regional Tournaments.

The Ducks return 10 pitchers from last season’s team that won a school-record 48 games, including the entire starting rotation. First-team all-conference selection Tommy Thorpe (7-5, 2.16 ERA) headlines a pitching staff that includes freshman All-American Cole Irvin (12-3, 2.48 ERA), Jake Reed (6-6, 3.50 ERA), freshman All-American Garrett Cleavinger (9-0, 1.24 ERA), Darrell Hunter (2-0, 3.40 ERA) and Jeff Gold (4-0, 2.20 ERA).

Oregon also has six position starters returning. Scott Heineman (.278, 4 HR, 28 RBI, 7 SB), a Cape Cod League All-Star last summer, highlights a lineup that will include freshman All-American Mitchell Tolman (.315, 37 RBI), Tyler Baumgartner (.272, 22 RBI) and Aaron Payne (.241, 16 SB).

Oregon opens the season February 14 at Hawaii for the first of four against the Rainbow Warriors. The Ducks then travel to Loyola Marymount on February 21 for a three-game series before opening at PK Park the following Tuesday.
